Elizabeth Freeman is an education technology leader with 25+ years of experience spanning technology training, course development, platform management, and project leadership. During her career, Elizabeth served as an Instructional Technology Specialist at Atlanta Public Schools (APS), Platform Manager at St. Vincent’s Academy, and an international consultant for online learning transitions. She has also evaluated grant-funded programs as a National Science Foundation grant evaluator. Post retirement, she supports literacy and STEM initiatives and delivers high-impact professional learning—both remotely and onsite—tailored to each organization’s goals. Known for strategic thinking and a collaborative style, she consistently delivers learner-centered solutions on time and with measurable impact.
