In addition to being Co-Director of <a title=\"EdTechTeacher\" href=\"https:\/\/edtechteacher.org\" target=\"_blank\">EdTechTeacher<\/a>, Justin is also a fifth year doctoral student at the <a title=\"Harvard Graduate School of Education\" href=\"http:\/\/www.gse.harvard.edu\" target=\"_blank\">Harvard Graduate School of Education<\/a>\u00a0and the project manager for the\u00a0<a title=\"EdTechResearcher\" href=\"http:\/\/edtechresearcher.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Distributed Collaborative Learning Communities<\/a>\u00a0project.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;The DCLC project is funded by the\u00a0<a title=\"Hewlett Foundation Open Education Resources initiative\" href=\"http:\/\/www.hewlett.org\/programs\/education-program\/open-educational-resources\" target=\"_blank\">Hewlett Foundation Open Education Resources<\/a>\u00a0initiative, and\u00a0<a title=\"Richard Murnane, faculty member at the Harvard Graduate School of Education\" href=\"http:\/\/www.gse.harvard.edu\/news-impact\/2011\/11\/directory\/faculty\/faculty-detail\/?fc=321&amp;flt=m&amp;sub=all\" target=\"_blank\">Richard Murnane<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a title=\"John Willet, faculty member at the Harvard Graduate School of Education\" href=\"http:\/\/www.gse.harvard.edu\/news-impact\/2011\/11\/directory\/faculty\/faculty-detail\/?fc=217&amp;flt=w&amp;sub=all\" target=\"_blank\">John Willett<\/a>\u00a0are the principal investigators. His talk, <a href=\"http:\/\/cyber.law.harvard.edu\/events\/luncheon\/2012\/01\/reich\" target=\"_blank\">Will Free Benefit the Rich?
