{"id":54528,"date":"2021-09-01T15:03:48","date_gmt":"2021-09-01T19:03:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/edtechteacher.org\/?p=54528"},"modified":"2021-09-01T15:06:44","modified_gmt":"2021-09-01T19:06:44","slug":"creating-activities-giving-feedback-to-students-in-canva-for-edu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/edtechteacher.org\/creating-activities-giving-feedback-to-students-in-canva-for-edu\/","title":{"rendered":"Creating Activities &#038; Giving Feedback to Students in Canva for EDU"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Canva for EDU is integrated with several different learning management systems, and more integration is coming.&nbsp; Teachers utilizing Google Classroom can currently import rosters into Canva, and <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/Mftb_-dzMKY\">push activities or assignments via Google Classroom<\/a>.&nbsp; Canva also has some systems built in to facilitate a feedback workflow between teachers and students.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students can submit assignments via Canva using the \u201cSend to Teacher\u201d button in the top-left of the screen.&nbsp; As they submit, they can add comments to the overall project, and they can also add comments within their project as well.&nbsp; Teachers get a notification via email and within Canva that student work has been completed and needs review.&nbsp; As teachers review student work, they can respond to or add new comments.&nbsp; Once feedback is complete, teachers can choose to return the work to the student in one of two ways.&nbsp; They can select \u201cGive Feedback,\u201d which returns student work with a \u201cNeeds Review\u201d status, or they can select \u201cReturn,\u201d which marks the work as complete.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To learn more about creating activities and assigning work, giving feedback, check out this <a href=\"https:\/\/youtube.com\/playlist?list=PL1Jzh-ng0hcoXcUEG5Ou-qWplx4bXjJ6L\">video playlist<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This post is part of a series.
